Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Horse, a premium DTC leather accessories brand, is expanding rapidly across Australia, the US and the UK. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimise the performance layer of our digital engine, driving paid media, CRM, SEO and analytics across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging channels, collaborating with our Google agency.
• Develop and execute Klaviyo strategy for email and SMS across AU, US and UK, including flows, segmentation, personalisation and campaign scheduling.
• Design and refine retention journeys to increase LTV, converting acquisition spikes into repeat customers.
• Lead SEO strategy and roadmap with agency partners, managing keyword strategy, content planning and organic growth reporting.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign, channel and CRM performance using GA4, Profit Peak, Klaviyo and Shopify analytics; maintain attribution logic and UTM standards.
• Partner with founders, Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to deliver integrated campaigns and provide performance insights.
• Drive experimentation with AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years hands‑on experience in performance marketing, CRM and digital analytics.
• Proven ability to manage and scale paid media, email/SMS lifecycle programmes and SEO initiatives.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong curiosity and detail‑orientation.
• Excellent written communication and collaborative skills.
