Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of agency clients. Based in Rosebery, Sydney, you will work full‑time on‑site with flexible work‑from‑home options, driving growth across SEO, SEM, social, email and display channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email, display advertising and CRM initiatives.
• Design, build and maintain on‑brand social media presence with copywriting and content production.
• Measure, analyse and report performance of all campaigns, optimising spend and results.
• Identify trends, insights and new growth strategies to improve conversion funnels.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to lead SEO/SEM, email, social and display advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in hospitality or similar client sectors is a plus.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative agency culture.
