Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Snuggle Hunny is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across its social and ecommerce channels. You will work hands‑on, generating ideas and executing campaigns while leading a small creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as Klaviyo or Dotdigital.
• Coordinate photoshoots, collection launches, promotions and partnership collaborations.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
• Oversee a team of a Social Media & Content Coordinator, Community Coordinator and Graphic Designer.
• Identify and apply AI‑driven opportunities to improve marketing efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a fast‑growing ecommerce environment.
• Proven people‑leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the baby and kids sector.
• Self‑starter, highly organised and detail‑oriented.
