Digital Marketing Engineer

About the role

Bright IT Hub is seeking a Digital Marketing Engineer to blend creativity with technology and drive lead generation for its IT services portfolio. The role is based in Parramatta with hybrid or remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update company websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Design marketing graphics, banners, videos, and promotional assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write marketing copy, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and website content.
• Generate qualified business leads through integrated digital campaigns.
• Monitor website performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage email marketing programmes and collaborate with sales and technical teams to promote IT solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, technical, and creative teams.

Required skills

• SEO and SEM expertise.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• WordPress or comparable CMS proficiency.
• Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Email marketing platform management.
• Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft SaaS product knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva AI.
