Digital Marketing Coordinator – Global Support Centre

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Cotton On Global Support Centre. You will help deliver key digital marketing projects across eDM, social media, paid media and web content, while providing deep analytics and reporting to drive insight‑based decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of digital marketing initiatives across all channels, with a focus on eDM, social media, paid advertising and web content management.
• Produce regular, in‑depth analytics and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
• Maintain and optimise digital tools and platforms used for campaign execution.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary education in Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, preferably within retail.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and exposure to a variety of digital tools.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable reporting.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working collaboratively across functions.
