Corporate Communications Associate

About the role

You will join a small team driving strategic communications to enhance employee engagement and the company’s brand and reputation. This permanent, entry‑level position offers the chance to develop a broad range of internal communication skills while working autonomously in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver organisational communication campaigns and messaging to promote the company’s vision, mission, values and strategy.
• Support the management of internal communications channels such as the intranet, digital signage, events and newsletters.
• Create internal communication materials including articles, emails, intranet content, social media posts, videos and presentations.
• Manage the internal communications calendar, ensuring timing and alignment with key activities.
• Assist with digital marketing tasks, including social media and website content creation.
• Support the launch of new digital platforms and apps and work with stakeholders on communication initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Degree in communications, organisational communications or a related field.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• Strong project‑management, detail‑orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑centric, self‑starter attitude with the ability to prioritize high‑value projects.

Required skills

• Experience with SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools.
