Digital Engineering Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Engineering Coordinator will support large‑scale projects across Building Services, Defence, Road Infrastructure and Rail sectors in Australia. You will work within the Digital Engineering project delivery team, ensuring design models are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary model reviews and support digital design coordination activities.
• Facilitate clash detection, issue resolution and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Manage digital information exchanges, Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and maintain coordination registers.
• Assist with asset information validation and contribute to quality assurance and handover of digital deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven background in engineering, construction or architecture with a passion for Digital Engineering/BIM.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with designers, surveyors and construction teams.

Required skills

• BIM coordination and model review.
• Clash detection and issue resolution.
• CAD and digital model review.
• Common Data Environment (CDE) workflow management.
