Digital Creative Designer – eCommerce

About the role
We are seeking a Digital Creative Designer to craft high‑converting digital assets for our Shopify stores and Klaviyo email campaigns across multiple Vitaco brands. Reporting to the Senior Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will work at the intersection of eCommerce, CRM and performance marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and optimise hero banners, landing pages, email templates, promotional tiles and product visuals for Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI‑powered creative workflows using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI and ChatGPT.
- Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling, commercially effective digital content.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve click‑through and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Brand, Social, eCommerce teams and external agencies to ensure consistent, on‑brand digital experiences.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience designing digital creative in eCommerce, FMCG, CPG or direct‑to‑consumer retail environments.
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how design influences customer behaviour and conversion.
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment with high attention to detail.
