Digital Content & Copywriting Specialist

About the role

Join Journey Beyond to create engaging digital content for a diverse portfolio of tourism brands. You will combine storytelling, content management and performance insights to improve the online experience and drive bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit brand‑aligned digital copy for websites.
• Manage website updates, publishing and ensure content quality in the CMS.
• Improve SEO, GEO targeting and online accessibility.
• Use performance data to increase engagement and conversion.
• Partner with Digital, Brand, Marketing and Operations teams to align voice and support the guest journey.

Required profile

• Two or more years’ experience in digital marketing or content.
• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to adapt content for different brands, audiences and online journeys.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience using a CMS (Umbraco or Craft preferred).
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or Microsoft Clarity.
