Digital Adoption Specialist – Hybrid Contract in Perth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Adoption Specialist to drive user adoption, simplify processes, and boost productivity across complex enterprise platforms. The role blends technology, user experience, and business transformation, allowing you to create intuitive, automated experiences that help users navigate sophisticated systems with ease.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom code, workflow automation, embedded experiences, and guided processes using digital adoption platforms.
• Simplify user experiences across enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Enablon, and Intelex without backend modifications.
• Develop browser‑based customisations with JavaScript, CSS, and related front‑end technologies.
• Reverse‑engineer complex enterprise applications to optimise user journeys and business workflows.
• Deliver measurable improvements in user adoption, process efficiency, and workforce productivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate challenges into intuitive digital experiences.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives through user‑centric design and adoption strategies.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Advanced hands‑on experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Pendo, Whatfix).
• Strong front‑end development background with proven JavaScript and CSS expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to create custom digital adoption solutions beyond standard guide configuration.
• Experience working with large‑scale enterprise applications such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Enablon, or Intelex.
• Proven consulting and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to influence business and technology teams.
