DevOps Team Lead

About the role

Eclipse Trading is seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to manage the global production environment, drive CI/CD strategy, and mentor a high‑performing engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and train DevOps engineers, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure software delivery.
• Drive DevOps strategy, technical roadmap and execution across global trading production, ensuring uptime, scalability and performance.
• Improve automation, deployment workflows and monitoring systems to reduce manual effort.
• Ensure production readiness for new exchanges, trading strategies and infrastructure changes.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering or similar, with proven leadership in real‑time or low‑latency environments.
• Strong communication skills, able to align business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
