DevOps Specialist – Multiple Locations (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane)

About the role

We are looking for experienced DevOps Specialists to join our teams in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role involves building and deploying application packages, supporting projects and troubleshooting environments in collaboration with development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for non‑production and production environments.
• Install, configure and manage automation and configuration‑management tools such as Chef, Ansible and Terraform.
• Integrate testing tools, SonarQube, and version‑control systems (Bitbucket, TFS) into the delivery workflow.
• Support cloud migrations, containerisation and data‑migration strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimate backlog items and contribute to technical discussions with clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Experience working on Agile projects and collaborating with development teams.
• Banking domain knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• Chef, Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket, TFS.
• Scripting with Python and PowerShell.
• SonarQube integration.
• Configuration‑management tools: Ansible, Terraform.
• CI/CD pipeline design, containerisation and cloud migration.
• Data‑migration strategy design.
