DevOps Engineer

About the role

Showtime Consulting is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join its high‑performing technology and integration delivery team. The role is hands‑on, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, deployment execution, environment management, automation and production operations for critical enterprise integration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities across non‑production and production environments.
• Execute, validate and troubleshoot application and integration deployments, including manual implementation steps.
• Maintain integration connectivity, environment stability and platform health through proactive monitoring and support.
• Provide L3 production support, incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and operational problem management.
• Support release, change and disaster‑recovery processes as well as environment lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, credential management, audit requirements and segregation of duties.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions, runbooks, operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, stakeholders and support teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with DevOps tooling, automation, release management and production support.
• Strong background in Agile delivery, Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
• Demonstrated ability to work in enterprise‑scale, security‑focused environments.
• Hands‑on experience with change, incident and release management in ServiceNow.
