DevOps Engineer – AI Model Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our AI team. You will help train AI chat‑bots, measure their progress, evaluate their logic, and solve problems that improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver coding challenges for AI chat‑bots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate AI model results for correctness, performance, and overall quality.
• Collaborate with the team to refine evaluation criteria and improve model training pipelines.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level) and detail‑oriented.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and clearly explain solutions.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Debugging and problem‑solving expertise.
