Designer - Soft Accessories

About the role

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a talented Designer to join its Accessories team. Working closely with the Senior Design Director and Creative Director, you will help shape seasonal soft‑accessories collections across Ready‑to‑Wear, Swim, Resort, capsules and gifting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of accessories, translating creative direction into seasonal concepts that are on‑brand and aligned with pricing architecture.
• Create illustrations, material selections, references and mock‑ups to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product integrity, innovation and operational rhythm.
• Support the design process from concept through development, refining ideas through fittings and iterations.
