Designer – Food & Beverage and Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a talented Designer to join our Architecture & Interior Design studio and lead the design of our Food & Beverage and Commercial portfolio. You will work closely with senior staff to shape human‑centred environments from concept through to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the design process for F&B and commercial projects, from concept to completion.
• Prepare full documentation packages for construction and tender stages.
• Manage sub‑consultants, tender processes, and coordinate with builders on‑site.
• Navigate planning and building permit applications.
• Balance creative vision with practical delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio of F&B or commercial work.
• Proficiency in Revit and Lumion (non‑negotiable).
• Solid understanding of documentation, detailing, construction methods and local building codes.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including permits, sub‑consultants, builders and client communication.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
