Design Production Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Design Production Assistant to support our product development process from concept to final production. The role is hands‑on, working closely with design and production teams to bring new collections to life while upholding Sneaky Link’s quality and fit standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with product development from concept through to production.
• Prepare and update tech packs, specification sheets and product information.
• Coordinate samples, fittings and approvals.
• Liaise with local and overseas manufacturers and suppliers.
• Support production timelines and critical‑path management.
• Organise samples, fabrics, trims and development materials, keeping the sample/design room orderly.
• Assist with quality control throughout the development process.
• Participate in garment fittings to refine product fit.
• Provide general administrative support across design and production teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fashion design, production or product development, or a relevant qualification.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine passion for fashion, product development and bringing ideas to life.
• Comfortable participating in garment fittings as part of the development process.
