Dental Receptionist – Full‑time at St Quentin Practice

About the role

National Dental Care is looking for a confident, customer‑focused Dental Receptionist to join its thriving St Quentin practice on a full‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will support clinicians with both clinical and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality clinical and administrative assistance to dental clinicians.
• Greet and engage patients professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing using practice software.
• Maintain an organised reception area and handle busy workloads efficiently.

Required profile

• Highly professional appearance with pride in personal presentation.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong attention to detail.
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and processes.
• Extremely organised, able to prioritise multiple demands.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in a dental reception role.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Experience with Dental 4 Windows (D4W) software (preferred).
