About the role

A dental practice in Caloundra is looking for a Dental Receptionist with some dental assisting experience. The role combines front-of-house reception work with hands-on support in the surgery, so each day is different.

Key responsibilities

Welcome patients and create a warm, friendly experience
Manage appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries
Handle payments and general reception administration
Assist dentists during procedures
Prepare and set up treatment rooms
Clean, sterilise and maintain clinical areas
Keep the practice running smoothly and make patients feel comfortable

Required profile

Positive, reliable and enjoys working with people
Ideally previous dental reception experience and some dental assisting experience
Ability to stay organised in a busy environment and willing to learn

Required skills

Great communication and customer service skills
Friendly and approachable personality
Good attention to detail
