Delivery Manager - Superservice

About the role

Infomedia is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join its Superservice product line in Sydney. The role supports the Engineering Manager and Team Leads in ensuring effective service delivery and sprint operations. It covers BAU service delivery, program coordination, release management and acts as the main contact for sprint planning and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and schedule service tickets to meet SLA targets and perform initial triage to manage escalations.
• Distribute incoming tickets to team members so quality metrics are met.
• Coordinate resolution of deployment issues by directing resources.
• Oversee build and deployment of application changes with relevant teams.
• Run sprint planning and reviews, maintain prioritised backlogs for BAU and PoW squads, and produce and distribute release notes.
• Manage delivery of PoW items and support Team Leads in setting priorities and managing capacity.
• Liaise with Engineering Team Leads and Program Managers, and meet regional stakeholders to align priorities and report progress.
• Identify delivery process improvements and manage delivery risks with contingency plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or senior Agile delivery lead in a SaaS or software product environment.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Sprint-based delivery, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Incident and problem management, including RCA authorship and SLA delivery.
• Stakeholder management across teams and regions.
• Familiarity with planning and tracking tools such as Jira.
• Agile environment using AI-Agentic work practices.
