A locally owned, family-run delivery business established in 1989 is hiring a full-time delivery driver in Townsville. Deliveries start from a centrally located distribution centre and go to homes and local businesses, with a clear route and strong behind-the-scenes support. The role suits people who enjoy being out on the road and meeting people.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver small packages to homes and local businesses from the distribution centre
• Follow a clear delivery plan with support and guidance always available
• Build warm, respectful relationships with customers along the route
• Use proper equipment and training to move safely and comfortably

Required profile

• No previous delivery experience required; strong customer service skills are essential
• Valid driver's licence
• Professional presentation and good communication
• Ability to self-manage and adapt to changing demands

What we offer

• Salary of $65,000 - $70,000 plus super pro rata, based on award rates
• Full-time role with a 3-month initial trial
