Deals Advisor – Management Consulting

About the role

As a Deals Advisor within PwC’s Deals practice, you will support clients across Australia through the full deal lifecycle, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and strategic alliances. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering commercial and technical insight that helps organisations create, realise and protect value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial and technical analysis to address client‑specific needs throughout the deal process.
• Support end‑to‑end deal activities, from due diligence and valuation to integration planning and post‑deal monitoring.
• Leverage emerging technologies and innovative tools to enhance client experience and deliver smart solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate project delivery and contribute to thought leadership.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in business, finance, technology, law or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in due diligence, IT strategy, M&A strategy or management consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high‑quality deliverables.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and business writing skills, with solid understanding of the Australian market and deal environment.
