Dayforce Integration Lead (Contract)

About the role

Hastha Solutions is recruiting an urgent Dayforce Integration Lead on a 12-month contract, with possible extension, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The role oversees the integration of various systems and services within the Dayforce platform. Candidates must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or PR holders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical architecture and design to development teams delivering RESTful APIs, microservices and UIs built with Dayforce.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for existing integrations, supporting direct clients, implementation project managers and partner implementation teams during and after go-live.
• Support customers through critical go-live periods, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising delays.
• Troubleshoot file errors using Azure reporting tools and act as the point of contact for error resolution during the first 30 days after client go-live.
• Work with the technical integration team to create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and deliver training programmes for the implementation team on new and existing integrations, including training materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Dayforce integration experience.
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or PR holder.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams.
