About the role
Hastha Solutions is recruiting a Day Force Data Migration Lead on a 6-month contract, with possible extension, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The role covers planning, executing and validating data migration activities within HCM system implementation, upgrade and modernization projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data migration strategies tailored to HRIT modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy and security
- Support system configuration validation and payroll calculations
- Conduct payroll process testing and identify areas for improvement
- Train client stakeholders on using HCM Payroll effectively
- Advise on variances between legacy and target Payroll systems
- Document configuration decisions, processes and customizations made during implementation
Required profile
- Australian or New Zealand citizens or PR holders only
- Strong blend of technical expertise, commercial insight and stakeholder leadership
