Data Engineer – Revenue & AI‑Ready Platform

About the role

EukaEuka Future Learning is seeking a hands‑on Data Engineer to own the integrity of its revenue pipelines and help design an AI‑ready data platform. You will work with subscription billing, payment processing, and a growing data warehouse as the company migrates to Snowflake and integrates large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Own ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation of Chargebee subscription and Stripe payment data into the data warehouse.
• Maintain accrual logic, refund handling, GST splits, and chargeback breakouts.
• Produce clear revenue reports for finance stakeholders and respond to reconciliation requests.
• Investigate and fix data integrity bugs across the pipeline, following a structured workflow (Jira → Chargebee → Datadog → DB).
• Write regression SQL tests and maintain test‑user exclusion at every pipeline layer.
• Develop complex multi‑table SQL queries across MySQL and PostgreSQL, using window functions, CTEs, and aggregations.
• Reconcile revenue figures across Chargebee, Stripe, ETL databases, data warehouse, and Meilisearch.
• Maintain Datadog dashboards and alerts to monitor data drift and reconciliation health.

Required profile

• Strong experience with SQL and data validation across MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on familiarity with subscription billing (Chargebee) and payment processing (Stripe) systems.
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end data pipelines and resolve data quality issues.
• Comfort working with monitoring tools such as Datadog and issue‑tracking systems like Jira.
