Data Annotation Specialist | Remote AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Annotation Specialist to join our AI training team on a remote contract basis. In this role you will evaluate and improve AI‑generated responses, helping to ensure the models deliver accurate, clear, and safe outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Write, review, and rank AI‑generated responses across a variety of topics using detailed evaluation rubrics.
• Assess the accuracy, clarity, helpfulness, and safety of AI outputs.
• Utilize tools such as GPT and ChatGPT to research, draft content, and annotate data.
• Identify edge cases, errors, and potential failure scenarios, documenting findings with comprehensive notes.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to feed feedback into continuous model improvement.
• Stay current with best practices in AI training and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• Daily experience using AI tools for content creation or analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical abilities.
