Data & AI Governance Manager

About the role

Protiviti is seeking a Data & AI Governance Manager to lead advisory engagements for leading organisations, helping them strengthen data governance, risk management, privacy and emerging AI governance capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver data and AI governance and risk management engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
• Advise clients on enterprise governance frameworks, operating models, policies, standards and controls.
• Conduct governance maturity, gap and audit assessments using recognised frameworks.
• Support regulatory and compliance uplift initiatives for data, privacy and AI governance.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to practice growth.

Required profile

• Experience in data and/or AI governance and compliance frameworks.
• Proven consulting experience leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving, advisory and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
