Cyber Security Engineer – SentinelOne Specialist

About the role

Orro is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer with deep expertise in SentinelOne to join its Cyber Engineering team. You will work directly with customers across Australia, delivering end‑to‑end security engagements that span EDR, XDR, SIEM and cloud‑native operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own customer engagements from scoping and kickoff through delivery, acting as the trusted technical point of contact.
• Design, deploy, configure and optimise SentinelOne and SIEM environments, including data‑connector integration, detection rules and custom alerting.
• Develop and manage automation, incident‑response playbooks and SOAR rules to streamline threat handling.
• Build workbooks, dashboards and UEBA configurations to enhance threat visibility.
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security Engineering Manager and broader cyber team to plan and execute security projects.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience delivering consulting‑led cyber security services.
• Ability to manage multiple delivery milestones and maintain high‑quality technical output.
• Collaborative, curious mindset with a focus on solving complex security challenges.
