Cyber Learning Associate Manager

About the role

The Cyber Learning Associate Manager will develop and deliver learning programs that strengthen security culture across Macquarie Group globally. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Strategy and Culture, you will translate technical concepts into engaging learning experiences for a diverse audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver annual security awareness training and new learning initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions.
• Utilise digital and instructor‑led channels to roll out programs worldwide.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with learning technologies and platforms, especially Articulate 360.
• Instructional design expertise, including e‑learning content creation, learning objectives and storyboarding.
