Customer Success Manager, Sales & Trading

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor for clients using LSEG's Desktop Solutions, guiding them through the entire customer journey to maximise value from FX solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue retention strategies and success plans for strategic sell‑side and buy‑side FX trading accounts.
• Educate new customers on product usage tailored to their specific use‑cases and drive adoption.
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders, becoming LSEG advocates and monitoring health, adoption metrics and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with account managers, implementation specialists, product and sales teams to address customer needs and provide the voice of the customer.
• Participate in industry events to enhance networking, brand presence and stay abreast of market trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably client‑facing.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange, money markets and trading desk technologies; eFX background preferred.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and translate business processes into product solutions.
• Excellent relationship‑management and presentation skills for C‑level and leadership audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
