About the role
The Customer Success Manager owns outcomes for a portfolio of RelativityOne subscription accounts, driving adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness. You will work remotely across Australia, partnering with sales and adoption teams to deliver measurable ROI for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor adoption signals and health scores, translating them into proactive outreach and risk remediation.
- Design and execute scaled engagement tactics such as digital communications, webinars, and AI‑driven outreach.
- Build and present customized ROI narratives for each account, documenting verified outcomes.
- Maintain Gainsight hygiene by logging interventions, tracking milestones, and surfacing risks with urgency.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a similar SaaS‑focused role.
- Strong data fluency to interpret adoption trends and health scores into prioritized actions.
- Excellent written communication, capable of crafting AI‑enhanced outreach that adapts to audience needs.
- Outcome‑driven mindset with disciplined operational execution.
Required skills
- Gainsight (or equivalent customer success platform).
- Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Generative AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
