About the role
Join Xplor Technologies' Childcare & Education vertical as a Customer Success Coordinator in Melbourne. You will help customers achieve success with our platform, ensuring retention and satisfaction while acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Advocate for customer needs internally, own challenges and work on preventive solutions.
- Support customers across the Office platform, providing initial ticket responses and routing tickets based on complexity.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, chat and email, meeting SLA commitments.
- Handle dissatisfied customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all products, services and promotions.
- Assist with system improvement initiatives and rollout of new technologies.
- Monitor system performance and help identify potential issues.
Required profile
- Curious, empathetic and motivated by meaningful work.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal English, confident phone manner and active listening.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve queries quickly and accurately.
- Effective multitasking, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
