Customer Solutions Manager

About the role

As a Customer Solutions Manager you will own the end‑to‑end relationship with construction contractor customers, from sales kickoff through implementation, go‑live and ongoing optimisation. This is a mid/senior role based remotely in Australia, with regular day‑trip visits to customer sites on the east coast.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation project from kickoff to live workflow, managing plans, data setup, configuration and testing.
• Develop and deliver training materials, conduct on‑site training sessions and onboard new user teams.
• Maintain customer configurations, troubleshoot issues, rebuild forms and continuously improve the solution.
• Run quarterly success reviews, monitor adoption, and flag risk signals to prevent churn.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering B2B software implementations, preferably in payroll, ERP, finance or construction tech.
• Strong understanding of payroll and finance workflows, able to discuss with both payroll officers and CFOs.
• Hands‑on technical aptitude, comfortable configuring platforms directly.
• Excellent project‑management skills, keeping multi‑month rollouts on schedule with clear ownership.
