Customer Solutions Coordinator Team Leader

About the role

Aussie Broadband is looking for an experienced Customer Solutions Coordinator Team Leader to join a permanent, full-time role in its Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. You will lead and develop a team of Customer Solutions Coordinators, ensuring smooth delivery of customer solutions while driving service excellence, operational performance and continuous improvement. The role suits an experienced people leader with a strong telco background.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Solutions Coordinators.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow, task allocation and service delivery activities.
• Support achievement of team KPIs and customer service objectives.
• Act as an escalation point for customer and internal delivery issues.
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely, accurate and quality outcomes.
• Provide training, guidance and ongoing support to team members.
• Promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in a delivery environment is highly regarded; 3+ years in a Team Leader role is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of telco, NBN and business connectivity services.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions and drive outcomes.
• Able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative leader who supports, motivates and develops others.
