About the role

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the rental counter, establishing their car rental needs by actively listening.
• Review and recommend Avis Budget Group add‑ons and services that best suit each customer.
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines clearly and accurately.
• Complete rental bookings efficiently using computer systems.
• Answer general customer questions and respond to inquiries.

Required profile

• Full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
