About the role

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the rental counter, completing bookings and answering inquiries.
• Identify customer car rental requirements by actively listening and recommending appropriate add‑ons and services.
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines clearly and accurately.
• Process rental bookings efficiently using the company’s computer system.

Required profile

• Full, valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
