Customer Service & Sales Representative – Telco (Entry Level)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team that supports Telstra customers across Australia. As an entry‑level Customer Service and Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls, promote a range of Telstra products and provide tailored advice to everyday customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from residential and small‑business customers.
• Promote and sell Telstra products and services that match customer needs.
• Provide clear, empathetic advice and resolve enquiries.
• De‑escalate complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a flexible rotating schedule to cover peak periods.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and solution‑oriented.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Availability for Monday‑Friday shifts (7 am‑7 pm) and Saturday (9 am‑5:30 pm).

• Base salary of $55,290 AUD plus superannuation.
