Customer Service Sales Consultant – Inbound Call Centre

About the role

Join RAA’s Retail Sales Team as a Customer Service Sales Consultant in an inbound sales contact centre. No prior call‑centre experience is required – you will receive five weeks of full‑time training starting 3 August, followed by a permanent full‑time position with the possibility of remote work after probation.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell RAA’s range of products, including insurance and road‑service plans.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions while following company procedures.
• Maintain high‑quality conversations and accurate record‑keeping.

• Annual salary of $67,722.76 plus superannuation.
