Customer Service Representative – Retail Store

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express, you will deliver exceptional experiences to every guest who walks through the store. You will keep the shop clean, well‑stocked and welcoming while handling a fast‑paced environment that requires strong multitasking and time‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, friendly service to all customers.
• Maintain a tidy, organized store environment.
• Stock shelves, replenish merchandise and ensure product availability.
• Promote a wide range of products, specials and promotions.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting and reach for items as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle lifting tasks.
• Willing to learn product details and store procedures.
