About the role

Join the OTR Group team as a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express Sunshine. You will be the front‑line face of the store, delivering friendly, efficient service while keeping the shop clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experiences and address enquiries promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise, and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment accurately.

• Perform moderate to heavy lifting and reach for stock as needed.
