Customer Service Representative – Part‑time or Full‑time

About the role

BlueScope’s Lysaght business is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Darwin team. You will be the primary point of contact for sales and service enquiries, delivering a high‑quality experience to customers across phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email, managing quotes and queries.
• Follow up on quotations and enquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to meet product specifications, packaging, and delivery requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to the customer experience and overall value proposition.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve cost efficiencies and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a willingness to grow and develop.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer focus with effective problem‑resolution skills.
• Demonstrated computer competency, including MS Office.
