Customer Service Representative – No Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join A1 Promotions as Customer Service Representatives. The role is focused on face‑to‑face engagement with the public, promoting leading brands at events, trade shows and high‑traffic locations across Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers in person to generate new leads and sales.
• Represent client brands at events such as sporting grounds, shopping centres and trade exhibitions.
• Build genuine relationships with visitors and answer product‑related questions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and follow guidance from experienced mentors.
• Maintain a flexible Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, with opportunities for paid overtime.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Competitive, driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to learn through full paid training and mentorship.
• Positive attitude towards teamwork and personal development.
