About the role
As a Customer Service Representative you will deliver great customer experiences while ensuring the store remains clean, well‑stocked and welcoming for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to customers.
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels and presentation.
Required profile
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting.
- Flexible availability for nights, early mornings and weekends.
- Willing to learn and promote a wide range of products and specials.
