Customer Service Representative - Grain Supply Chain

About the role

Bunge is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representative for its Commercial Logistics team in Australia. Reporting to the Manager Customer Service, you will support internal and external customers while ensuring regulatory compliance, covering account administration, stock management, reporting and compliance activities that support the efficient movement of grain through the supply chain. This is a 2-year fixed-term opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, including account setup, annual reviews and document administration
• Respond to customer enquiries about invoicing, stock management, system access and Bunge products
• Process stock transfers, stock swaps, regrades and inventory adjustments
• Complete stock reconciliations and assist with inventory management activities
• Review billing, invoicing and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare customer, operational and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system
• Provide support and coverage across the Commercial Relations and Supply Chain teams as required

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics or supply chain environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with reporting, reconciliations or inventory data
• Strong organisational skills and proactive problem-solving approach
• Current unrestricted driver's licence

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• CRM data entry and record maintenance
