Customer Service Representative – Call Centre (Murarrie)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Care Associate to join our call‑centre team in Murarrie, Queensland. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers in the animal health industry, handling enquiries by phone and email, and processing orders accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information.
• Enter and process customer orders with high attention to detail.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain and organise email orders alongside the Customer Service Team Leader.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and team initiatives.
• Keep customer records and documentation up to date.
