Customer Service Representative – Brisbane Downtown

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the rental counter, assess their car rental needs and recommend suitable add‑ons.
• Complete rental bookings accurately and efficiently using the company’s computer system.
• Communicate rental procedures, guidelines and answer general customer questions.

Required profile

• Full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems for managing bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
