Customer Service Officer – Schofields

About the role

CSR is seeking an energetic Customer Service Officer to join the Schofields Selection Centre. As the first point of contact, you will deliver professional support via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions, helping customers bring their dream homes to life.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries about products, pricing, orders and deliveries.
• Process orders accurately in SAP and keep customers informed of status.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, returns and order‑related issues.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and provide product advice on the showroom floor.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years experience in a call centre, contact centre or high‑volume customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on building rapport.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proactive team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for order processing.
• Experience using CRM systems and online booking tools.
