Customer Service Officer – Part‑Time & Casual

About the role

Join the newly redeveloped North Sydney Olympic Pool team as a Customer Service Officer. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling enquiries by phone, face‑to‑face and email. The role offers flexible part‑time and casual shifts in a vibrant, iconic leisure setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate information to pool users and the wider community.
• Manage telephone, email and in‑person enquiries, directing them to the appropriate service.
• Assist with the reception desk, café and gelato bar operations.
• Support daily administrative tasks, including record‑keeping and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Required profile

• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse customers.
• Flexibility to work morning shifts from 5:00 am and closing shifts up to 9:30 pm, including weekends.
