Customer Service Officer – North Fremantle

About the role

Qube is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join its North Fremantle team. In this role you will ensure customers receive a seamless end‑to‑end shipment experience, coordinating freight efficiently while maintaining the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan the daily transport function for specific clients and major accounts.
• Prepare, check and lodge entries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record and act on special customer instructions to meet requirements.
• Maintain smooth workflow for jobs, adhere to policy and meet KPIs.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Problem‑solve independently and keep customers updated on transportation issues.

Required profile

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Transport or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proactive, autonomous approach to task resolution.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a demanding environment.
