Customer Service Officer – High‑Pay Casual Role

About the role

Join a fast‑paced contact centre in Lytton, Brisbane as a Customer Service Officer. You will work steady daytime hours (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4 pm) handling high‑volume enquiries and processing critical gas orders.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone and email enquiries from customers.
• Enter and manage gas orders accurately in internal systems.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Investigate billing queries, track order delays and resolve customer issues.
• Update customer accounts and maintain precise documentation of all interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in call‑centre or office administration roles.
• Residence within a 30‑minute drive of Lytton, QLD.
• Clear National Police Check and full Australian working rights.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
• Strong multitasking ability, data accuracy and a solution‑focused attitude.
